Fuse Panel Making Noise. These are often located near the fuse panel. 1st thing is a fuse box dont make cracking sounds ,if you turn it on and the cracking sounds then put your hand around the back of the fuse box and touch the relays and you might find 1 of them is doing the noise you can hear,or any thing around there as you cannot get a elect shock of.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts. I have checked all the wires and they are tight and well connected. This whole just getting out of work and my car not starting has happened once before and a friend told me that my battery had enough charge to run the lights and ac/heat but not enough to start the car.
